Abbey Inn Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be guaranteed with one night's
deposit payable by check, mastercard or visa CREDIT (not debit) card.
Your credit card WILL BE CHARGED for one night when you make the reservation.
Reservations may be rescheduled no later than
5 days prior to arrival date. Rescheduled reservations may not
be cancelled and will be billed in full at that time.
Reservations must be cancelled no later than
10 days prior to arrival date except in season & holidays.
Reservations must be cancelled in writing and/or by e-mail.
Deposits will be credited less
the $25.00 cancellation processing fee which is charged to your card
when you make a reservation and is not refundable. It will be applied to
your stay when you arrive.
Late cancellations and/or "no shows" are subject to the FULL CHARGE of the reservation.
Refunds on rooms cancelled late will be made if the room is re-rented,
less $50.00 late cancellation processing fee. If you find a major problem with your room
upon arrival, that we cannot resolve, we will move you to another room. If no room is available,
we will offer you the option of staying and receiving a gift certificate for a future stay, or a refund.
Note...all holiday weekends, IU graduation and "in season" (Sept. Oct. Nov.) reservations
require 100% deposit and may not be cancelled.
