Abbey Inn Cancellation Policy:
You may reserve your room or suite by paying in full, in advance as follows:
Online/by phone: Visa, Mastercard, Discover Credit (not debit) card
In person: Credit card; cash.
All guests must provide a valid CREDIT CARD upon check in for a security deposit "hold".
This hold will be released approx. 3 days after check out if no damages are reported.
There are NO cancellations during:
Peak Fall Season, IU Graduation Week-end, Valentines Day week-end, Memorial Day week-end, Labor Day week-end, and New Years Eve. You will not receive a refund for any monies paid if you choose to cancel your reservation during any of these time periods.
We strongly recommend purchasing the optional trip insurance offered by Access America during online booking for any unforeseen events requiring cancellation. http://www.etravelprotection.com
All other times of year :
We require a written notice 10 days before the date of your stay. You will receive a refund of all monies paid minus a $25.00 cancellation-processing fee.
Late cancellations and/or "no shows" are subject to the full charge of the reservation.
Refunds on rooms cancelled late will be made IF all nights are re-rented, less $50.00 cancellation processing fee.
